Need help with converting xml to eqp!

cant get them to convert to eqp file for use in toaw III as I recall all one needed to do was change the .xml to .eqp and that was it. having difficulty with it now note that I am using a rig with vista 64bit any help is appreciated.

I know the file is not hidden I was able two switch an eqp. file back to a xml. file but for some reason it wont work for me vice versa. but for some reason I can see the extension under the properties but cant edit instead vista wants me to change the program manually when I browse cant find anything mactching what is used on the eqp. files (the windows shell). [:(]

[:)] thanks agin it was the problem was looking in the wrong spot. still wondering why I could switch to xml though, oh well as long as it works!
