Akashi's upgrade loses DUR

Akashi (the Japanese AR) goes from an original durability of 31 to 1 after it's upgrade according to the view ship list. I just wanted to make note of it in case this is an error.

Thanks for making a great game guys, it's looking very nice.
Yamato, IMO the best looking Battleship.
