PoW&Repulse...&Arizona

Hmmm lunched AE campaign with historical Turn one... and PoW and Repulse got clobbered by Nell's on turn one traveling somewhere....
In CHS they were either Singers (PoW) or traveling there (Repulse) and in stock they were sitting in singers now they do some sucide run why???[;)]

As for Arizona it ended up in Pearl with like 90 FLt damage and i could not put her into the Yard for Repairs is it intentional that ships with really heavy damage can't be put into the shipyard???

Check for fires. Fires need to be out first.

Any clue if a ship in a repair yard can be attacked?  I assume so but don't know for sure.

Yes, but it's governed by randoms when you attack a base. You can't target a yard, or ships in it; that was just too hard to do.

Ahh thanks. I really wasn't asking if you could target a repair yard. But knowing it's all random answers a question someone else would undoubtedly ask.

Yip I was wondering the same thing,Prince of Wales & Repulse did not get sunk till the 10th Dec according to history,and for some strange reason they get clobbered on the 7th Dec,I will have to check my reference books but I'm sure they were in Singapore on the 7th Dec.

I think you will find that Force Z put to sea in the afternoon/evening of Dec 8, which on that side of the date line, was Day 1 of the War.

Yes I checked up on that,it appears they were spotted by a jap sub,on there way back to Singapore.[;)]
