Help No Serial and it wants oone

When I ordered the Physical plus online download, I got the Download, but neither the Confirn e Mail NOR THE order when i Downloaded LISTED A sERIAL # other then
the pacwar one... can it be i got a download that wasnt set to issue a serial cause originally it was to require you have WITP?

All I know is I got my DL, and confirm email but cannot install cause requires a serial #

I tried my WITP serial in case it expected that and no go.

Whats gone wrong here?

You should be able to retrieve your serial number by going to www.findmyorder.com with your order info. If you don't see it there, e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your Order ID please.

Ok I got it installed But Erik, DR  doing something that confused me...I copy/paste all when I order and the Order/download screen showed:

All in all way DR does it was CONFUSING the AE Serial should been listed HERE

Which was the Copy/paste for screen to begin your D/L where they were saying AE&nbsp; had NONE for its Serial #&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Grumppp...


Hope any others who get as confused are helped by this...


Maybe its a thing with the Physical and D/L option not the Download only option...

That's very rare, but I've seen it before. Once in a blue moon the store has a hiccup and doesn't assign the serial number before the order is completed and displayed. In that case the solution that works 99.9% of the time is to just check the order again a minute later via www.findmyorder.com.
