Not till I get some planes in decent numbers with some range (like P-38's). [:D]

I hope so.  [:)]

I don't. [:D]

Hey buddy!

Are you suggesting that you want to jump right into an AE campaign, or suggesting that you hope I remain confused for a long time? [:D]

In one way that is actually a good way of playing it IMO. The real life commanders didn't get a chance to practice the actual events over and over until they worked it out [:D] You've played WitP, think of that as training at West Point/Sandhurst/Where-ever the Japs did their training and you're in a more realistic game [;)]

Yes! [:D]

But really the latter is mostly what I meant. [:'(]

I think I'd be willing, Dixie. I agree with you're opinion. It would be frustrating as hell and tons of fun at the same time. [8D]

No worries on the second point. [:D]

Assuming we do start an AE game at some point, how do you feel about 2 day turns?

It's 11:50 PM, do you know where your favorite WitP:AE player is?

Sitting in my family room, staring at my laptop screen..........doing freaking work!!!

Times like these are when I receive payback for being a tester and enjoying all the "slower times."  High level management promised a solution to a big convention, based on a proof of concept demo, and they have been screaming for the development team to actually make it work, ASAP for a couple of months now.  They are getting ready to take this steaming pile live on the Internet for the public to use, and TODAY they tell us it's finally up and running on a test system for us to START running our tests.  [8|]

Kind of like when I was in the military.  [:D]

Damn, my manager is sending me instant messages again.  Back to the salt mines.  As always, my Brothers, thanks for the audience to vent.  [8D]

Don't feel bad USS America. Playing Allies vs the AI in AE and I lost Enterprise along with Halsey on 12-9-41[X(]. Yep the AI has gotten somewhat better[:)]

I did get away with POW though.

G'night all [>:]

TGW, I ran the historical first turn, and the AI KB pounded me raw at Pearl.  6 BB's sunk, 2 more over 85% floatation dmg, 3 CA's critical, and at least 20-30 other ships sunk.  [&o]  I think the extra time to work on the AI was worth it.  [:D]

I've decided that I will be finished with work for the night, now that it's 0039 local time.  I'm up in 5 hours to head into the office early, so no AE joy, and no CHS turn for Mynok tonight.  [:(]
