Why do transports & ammo trucks disappear after deploy in 4.2 & 4.3?

Why do transports & ammo trucks disappear after deploy in 4.2 & 4.3?

I have attempted to begin two separate PBEM games, one with v4.2 and the other with v4.3. Both times, all of my transport trucks and ammo carriers have disappeared. I have successfully deployed them, but when my opponent sends turn 1, they are nowhere to be found.

Any ideas?
