Dont know exactly what you want, but this might get you in the direction.
Get witpStaff working (there is a hot fix in the tech support area) and a pdf of instructions.
Load a saved game from the scenario your interested in.
At the top, next to the files menu choise is a DB menu choise. In it is a Dump all choise. Click it and wait. Their is also an Avail CU (combat units ??) choise i have not looked at yet.
it will create a bunch of CSV files in the witpSTAFF/DB directory.
I am playing allied and the file LcuStatUsCsv seems to include the combat units. Shipscsv seems to be all the ships. LcuDeviceScv for devices.
Excel reads these files fine, but you will probably need to rearrange the columns and delete what you dont want.

I did not see anything about this in the PDF, I was just clicking buttons to see what it did.
I was trying to find a list of Bases, but was not having much luck. I found a list in the Editor, but could not figure out how to get it to the clip board.

have a look at basestatus.csv [;)] The other way is with witploadAE found in the scen folder, creates a number of xls files based on the scenario ...

[edit] Just uploaded scenario 1 ... witpload files only.

Where is the tech support area? I see "Support" but I can't find tech support nor a hot fix.

(I am sure this is incredibly obvious, just not obvious to me <G>)

WitploadAE found in the SCEN folder does a better job of showing the startup scenario information IMO, but then use witpstaff for later stuff ... I linked Scen 1 xls, for you in my previous post.

[Slaps forehead]

Oh yeah, _this group's_ tech support, not general Matrix Tech support.
