Day 2 of my career as an owner of AE, and I didn't even get a chance to open it up all day.  [8|]  That's ok.  Work will slow down again eventually, and then I'll get lots of chances to go rock climbing up the learning cliff.  [:D]

I used to rent a slip that was dry 50% of the time for 1/4 the price of one that didn't dry out at low tide. My sailboat was a Venture 25 with a swing keel, so it could sit nice and flat in the mud. When the marina wanted to raise the price of the slip to 50% of the cost of a wet slip I put the boat back on the trailer.

I sold the boat this past spring - just wasn't using it enough...
