No confirmation email-no serial number

I have downloaded a copy of WITP AE. I used the special promo code.

Purchased and downloaded the file which I now have.

I never received a confirmation email or invoice. Without the confirmation code I can not obtain my serial number. Either there is an issue or (quite possible) I mis typed my email address.

What do I need to do to obtain the confirmation email and invoice (and serial number).

I have also sent an email direct to service@digitalriver but have posted here is my experice with digital river is very poor. Their customer service tends to be awfull.

I should point out that when I attempt to locate my orders there is nothing for AE, only my previous orders.

So when you went to www.findmyorder.com you were not able to see your order there at all? Did you get an Order ID / Receipt on screen when your order was completed? The e-mail is usually a backup to the on screen information.

Please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your personal contact info and any info you used in placing the order and we should be able to find it and get you that serial number.
