Pilots on training not gaining any skill points

Playing the Guadalcanal scenario.
I've had five squadrons on training for 14 days now and no pilots have gained any skill points.
All squadrons are at 100% training.

Maybe it's supposed to take this long, but I've noticed that none of the squadrons have taken OPS losses and they've all been at 0 fatigue all the way.
That didn't look quite right to me...

Or am I just being impatient here?

Might depend on several factors --- AF Size, Range from HQ...etc

Try lowering the Training % to 90, or setting a mission to train in.

Can you paste a view of the pilots in the group?

I'm playing Guadal scenario and having no problem with training, if fact I just had one group where every pilot improved on the first day of training. Admittedly I was training in a subskill where everybody was in the 20-34 range and the unit was at Charter Towers.

Also I had training set to 90%. Hope this helps

I'll try lowering the percentage to 90.
If it doesn't work I'll start posting screenshots (and that's a threat...! [;)])
