Garbled Screen

(a) Game is running on full screen
(b) Load a saved game
(c) While it is loading, CTRL+ESC to do something else while it loads
(d) When you go back to the game, the screen is garbled and will not fix itself by scrolling around

Dxdiag is attached below.

Of course, it has a work-around, which is to not switch to another app while loading a game.
