a question about supply required

Post by ewald »

Hello,

Just bought this game, reading the manual, playing the Coral Sea scenario.

I am just starting to learn the game. Could not find this in the manual (probably overlooked this)

Next to supplies required is a button, what is the use of raising/lowering supplies required. I have to
supply a base with APs , so what would this button do ?

Thanks in advance,

Ewald

On continental hexes (and I imagine it works with the Automatic convoy System) the buttons are a means to create an artificial demand at a base so that the logistics program pushes more supply to that particular base to meet its demand.

Hello Treespider,

Thanks for the quick reply. this forum is more active than i ever saw a forum !

Could be the Automatic convoy system and the way supply is allocated. Sounds very logical,

Ewald.

Note that I have played some WPO, but this is an all different beast !
