What's this device classification for anyway?

It works in AA Mode against aircraft; but after a lot of heavy testing I've concluded that THIS is unfeasable [:(]

What size port is required for refueling the reactors? With an endurance of only 25000, it looks like it's about due for some fuel replacement.
