Turkey joins the Axis Event

There is en event to align Turkey to the Axis, it happens when Bulgaria joins provided you have captured Iraq. It says since you have secured its western and southern borders you can now ask turkey to join you or to just invade it, or you can do nothing.

I asked them to join my alliance, and they agreed, or at least the notification seemed to suggest they agreed, but they JOINED the Allies!

One of two things needs to happen with this event.

Either its messed up and the event is having Turkey erroneously join the wrong alliance (that is how it seems here)

Or there is a possibility when you ask Turkey to join you, that it can instead join the allies, IF this is the case the responding event needs to indicate that, I forget the wording but it seems to be saying they agreed to join. If what is happening is that there is a backlash and Turkey decides to join the Allies it needs to say 'Turkey refuses to back down to pressure and Joins the allies' or something like that!

I simply edited the savegame 'countries.csv' file to move Turkey into the Axis alliance
