Missing letters from words on several screens

I looked through the thread titles and can't tell for sure if anyone has reported this problem.

I started the game a few days ago and saved it before executing a turn. Today I reloaded the saved game file to continue setting my first turn commands against the AI. On many of the displays (ports, air units, etc.) I'm missing random letters from words on almost every line. There is a space for the letter, it just doesn't appear. It MAY have started when I first used the ship repair screen for the first time. Anyway, I did not have this problem when I saved the game a few days ago. And now it happens even when I leave the game and reload the file.

I've played WITP on this same computer for years and never had such a problem.

I suspect it to be a graphics thing.
Either conflicting/low graphic memory, or video issue.

Have you tried again after rebooting your PC??
