First I am wrestling with Allied conversion strategy. It seems advantageous to convert some xAKs to xAPs and a few AKEs?

Has anyone come to any conclusions regarding the prudence of increasing troop lift at the expense of cargo? The conversion to AP takes 24 days so my initial assessment is to make conversions at once and I'm trying to figure out how many and from where.

Secondly, I find the combination of ship types and reinforcement locations a bit overwhelming. It would be nice to see troop load on the ship screen to assist in the planning for transporting reinforcements. Can anyone suggest approaches here?
