Bug: Selecting task forces from task force list fails

From a given task force list, the single task forces are not selectable.

Steps:
1. Open szenario with at least one task force
2. Left click on "List all task forces"
3. For an arbitrary task force in the list click on the specified mission (e.g. "Surface combat")

Behavior:
No reaction on click

Expected behavior:
Open task force details

Variants:
This bug occurs also on other task force lists:
- Main Map -> See all task forces in hex

When I load or start a scenario, left clicking a specified mission in the "List all task forces list" or clicking a task force in "See all task forces in hex" works as expected, but at some point during the game it stops working.
