No more than 2 jap players due to the lenght to complete a day turn with many players .

In addition, a few general ones would be good, to keep LCUs where there supposed to be;
-No moving Kwangtung LCUs into China without paying PPs
-No moving Chinese LCUs into Manchuria (Japan) or Burma (Allies) without paying PPs
