AK's in India-Cargo shipping

In the old Witp I would move some of the AK's towards OZ from India then on to the U.S.. How ever with the off map boxes now, it seems there is no need for that. Is that correct?

Correct. You can use off-map to sail your AKs "around the world" via Capetown to the US, if you choose to.
