With regard to the current 5 year plan, what is the upkeep cost of this huge Soviet military, as a percentage of total production?

In turn 78, April 9, 1941 it is 53PP per turn or so. The timetable for Barbarossa is not what Stalin assumed. I am receiving 326PP per turn, so about 16.25% of the military budget goes to upkeep now. We are in a war economy, but our citizens expect war, and seem to bear the burden of arming with equanimity.
