Alt Naval Base Mod

I'm currently working on a base mod for the Alt Naval OOB. Basically this will be a mod which others will be able to build upon if they are interested in recreating the Alt Naval website OOB. It will just strictly be modifications to the Japanese OOB so it can either be played as an enhanced Japan scenario or else used as the base for an enhanced Allies versus an enhanced Japan.
