Manual error?

My AE Manual (page 16) says: As mentioned in section 1.1 Manuals, above, if you’re new to War in the Pacific, Admiral’s
Edition™ and want to dive right in, please refer to the Tutorial Guide that is placed on your hard
drive when the game is installed.

I can´t find it?

The Tutorial was based upon an earlier version of one of the scenario's ...however by the time for release the scenario had changed and no longer corresponded to the tutorial. In addition possibly some newer features were also not included. So a last minute decision was made to remove the tutorial as it would only have created more confusion. Unfortunately the Manual had already been put on the slow boat to China when this decision was made. There are plans to release the tutorial in the future.
