1.25 for victory as the allies is just too low. Maybe if you ended things 10-31-43 and cut down two months worth of free sailing for the US. I am curious what players think a good point spread is for Japan?

1.15 mrginal 1.5 ovewhelming?

I think the scoring should be 1.6% minor and 1.8% major. I like the idea of ending the game sooner the best though.
