AM not rearming DC Rack/ Mk 6 DC with AG

Here is save. Look at Balikpapan. The DC require 420 rearm level. The level 4 port will not do it. However the AG Gemma (dutch) supply level 635 should rearm them. They are american AM Lark and Whippoorwill. I sailed them to Soerabaja where they promptly rearmed.

Issue verified. Wrong variable passed to a check. In effect, the AG was checking to see if it could rearm an AG instead of an AM.
