True, but it seems to be more realistically effective in AE.

Jep, a type. But I wonder why anyone seems to ignore this. It took me hours to list all ships including the TBs and DDs.

I have found this information very useful. I spent a lot of time last night setting up my convoys, ASW TF, etc. Thx

Nice work, you forgot the Mutsukis though. I have always liked them because they carry the Long Lance, yet are kind of expendable old DDs at the same time.

The Minekaze APD conversion looks worthwhile to me, since we're short troop lift capacity; they kind of suck as DDs anyway.

IJN DD's have AA capability earlier than in WITP, and seem to have more of it (or at least a higher rating).

The AA is the final rating. For me its important to know how it ends, so they start much lower, of course.

I've forgotten a whole class? [X(]
Have to look at it...

Hi guys,

Some boogers for Kamekazi’s in the database. Fix coming, but ya’ll should be aware of these so long as ya’ll are making lists.

1422 Kamekazi DD – upgrades to 1423 (not 1428 or whatever it was)
1423 Kamekazi DD – upgrades to 1424
1424 Kamekazi DD – upgrades to 1425, and the correct Year is ’43, not ’42.
1425 Kamekazi DD – upgrades to 1425 (basically stays put)

The rest haven’t changed, but to make it complete:
1422 and 1423 Kamekazi DDs may “convert” to 1427 Kamekaze APD
1427 Kamekaze APD – upgrades to 1428 Kamekaze APD
1428 Kamekaze APD may “convert” to 1429 Kamekaze E
1429 Kamekaze E – upgrades to 1430 Kamekaze E

Both Kamekaze APD and E have reduced speeds of 29 knots (removal of boiler room). DDs stay at 35 knots.
