Unable to download

I purchased UV 5 days ago but have not been able to download it. I have contacted tech support twice and followed their stock suggestions to no avail. In fact, now I can't even start the download(most likely because I've tried too many times). I've tried to download to 2 different computers, one running vista 32 and the other vista 64 and used the Star downloader and Firefox without success. Any help would be appreciated.
