Improper speed in ship list

Running 1.08 beta I am experiencing incorrect speed readings in ship lists in bases. This is sporadic and only affects 1 ship in a list and appears to be ships that had been in the shipyard for repairs; the repairs have been completed and the ship returned to the port ship list. As an example; with no damage, Helena CL is listed at 19kts; when I click on the ship, click off, click on; it will be 24 kts. By doing this enough times, it will get to the normal speed listing. If slected for a TF without doing this, it will read a wrong speed and if all the other ships have higher speeds, it will lower the speed of the TF.
