Reports in Save Folder

I am playing as Allies against Japanese AI.

I notice in the SAVE folder that in addition to the allied reports there are also the Japanese operations reports and the Japanese sigint reports for each day ( these appear to be as per WITP games )

Is there any way that the programmers could amend the report procedure so only the reports applicable to the players side are in the SAVE folder?

Having not yet played a PBEM game I assume that in this case both sides reports are not available in these SAVE game Folders.?

In PBEM, only the player sees his own information or information that is generally known to both in the reports.
