Include dummy aircraft for production to deceive Recons.
LOL - strange idea, but I love deceiving! They perhaps then could be assigned to bases like FlaK was done in Battle over Brtain/Bombing the Recih (from Talonsoft). Not as a squadron - as a selectable number. For recons such plaens would then look like real planes.

They could have a very low production cost for one engined plane (looks like that) - as they only need to produce a cheap hull of that aircraft without engine/avionincs.

Include port recon by subs or aircraft. I think this doens´t need any further comment - everybody knows what´s meant
