I had this event fire and have to say I don't understand besides the knock-on effect hinted at here, I don't understand the social unrest impact at all. Does that even mean anything. And in my case, it was 400pps which I didn't even have so is it variable? Here people are talking 200-300. 400PPs seems a bit extreme.
