Please Help How to Download Game Again

I purchased download and physical versin of game.

I installed game and did not copy install file thinking I would have physical shipment for backup.

I uninstalled a program designed to optimize windows by using a restore function.

The restore function deleted all changes made to computer after said date (A few days before I purchased AE).

I have the AE folder but no shortcut to run it and no exe file. I installed the hot fix, and used that icon but it (knowing it would give me an exe.file to run) but it starts the program and gives a fatal error 999 message.

I don't know when physical shipment will arrive. I may have purchased download insurance, (don't remember) but think I can still download another copy, but don't know how.

Please help.

I found a post explaining how to get to digital river. I downloaded again.


Did not need extended download because less than 30 days (but I had purchased it anyway).

I'm good to go. Just wish I could get the computer to work like I want it to.
