How do I play this game?

Forgive my ignorance.
I downloaded the demo but would really like a set of instructions.

I used to play Panzer General and Allied General many years ago and was a huge fan. But since then i haven't played any turn-based strategy games bar the Civ series.
I saw some screen pics of this game and thought hey! That looks a lot like PG!

So far, i find the map difficult to manuevre, it doesn't auto-scroll sometimes.
But regardless, i need to find a set of instructions so that i have some sort of idea of what i'm doing.
Any help?

Have you read the game manual that came with the demo yet?

I got 3 files:
- a shortcut to GamersHell
- a text file that is 1kb
- WW2TimeofWrath-v100Demov2.exe

Once you install the game there should be a shortcut to the documentation in your Start menu.

If there is no shortcut go to mainfolder/manual/
