promo code problem

Am I the only one who cant get the promo code to work? I add physical and digital download to the cart, delete the extended download for 3.99 and change the shipping to economy.
Then I input my promo code from owning witp, and hit apply. System adds the 3.99 extended download back on and doesnt deduct the $20 promo?

am I missing something ?

It's been working, I'm guessing that something is going wrong between your internet browser and the store. I would try clearing your internet cache and cookies, rebooting and giving it another try. Also try another browser if you have more than one installer (i.e. Firefox and IE). If that still doesn't work, please e-mail me at erikr@matrixgames.com with your promo code and order ID (it's generated before the order is completed) and I'll investigate with the store.
