Can not Load in transport mode

Gentlemen,

- I have read the manual but

I can not load allied units in guadalcanal scenario. I have tryied everything nothing seems to work.
I am doing some kind of a mistake but i just can not figure it out.
So i do need help from the community.

Amphibious TFs works all the time, transport never (no units at all except air groups on a load selection screen).
I put them in move mode. I dock ships. I even wait few days to let them change from combat to move mode (weird because system is not requesting this pause at all - I have seen 1/2 day pack/unpack info when switched in to "strategic move" but not just "move")

My version of a game is 1,0,0,1079

you must put in strategic not move mode; when the 1-3 days delay is lasted you can load
