Bug - DDs upgraded within a day instead of 2 weeks

Hi, I've discovered a way, how you can squeeze DDs ship upgrade from 13 days to a day. I don't know if the issue is connected only with one DD type of ships or if it can be extended to an upgrade of any other ship type.

To obtain the incredible fast upgrade follow these steps:

1) Start the ship upgrade as common.
2) As soon as the upgraded ship is visible in the "Manage ships under repair" panel of list of ships in shipyard - click on its name so the row with the information of the particular ship change color from yellow to green. The default start status of the ship upgrade/repair is priority "Normal" and "Pierside" type of repair.
3) Click the "Repair ship" option at the top of the panel.
4) Then click the "Shipyard" option at the top of the panel.
5) Then click "cancel changes for name_of_the_ship" button located near the bottom of the panel.

That's all! The particular ship is again at default status "Normal" and "Pierside", but the estimates days of repair is now _zero_. After you close the "Manage ships under repair" panel, please, open the panel "Show ships under repair". You can notice that days till repair is equal to zero that is in contrast with the common (=un-bugged) upgrade of the same type of DDs - see the picture below.

I've tried this with the DDs Helm and Mugford, at Pearl Harbor shipyard, date Jan 7, 1942. Scen #2.
