Bug? Mines loading

Hi

I think i've found a bug in mines loading!
I created a TF with a submarine (US) with mission "sub minelaying".
The sub took 16 Mk10 mines. My pool reduced to 16 mines. That's ok.
But when I opened the TF-screen and pressed the button "Replenish Tf from Port" (wanted be sure of loading mines)
the screen showed more loading of mines.
The sub contained futhermore 16 mines, but the pool reduced again to 16 mines!!!

So i suspected that the sub perhaps will lay 32 mines. So I was laying the mines in the next friendly base and look for the number of mines. 15!

With every additional "Replenish Tf from Port" the pool loses mines which couldn't be loaded!

Or did I overlook something?
