Making an LCG, might need help.

Ok, so I spoke to a few of my compatriats and I was discussing developing an LCG around a very hypothetical situation.

An invasion of the Republic of Ireland in WW2.

I've considered a few situations and I'll post more info when we grind out bigger details.

One thing I could with some help for is designing the Irish troops. Are there partisan units in any of the OOB's that I can switch over? If so, can people give me some hints on how to start editing my own forces?

Will post more annoying questions as the plan developes.
