Something I have finally gotten around to mentioning.

By replacements I mean the process of clicking on a unit and paying PP to increase its strength possibly up to full once its been damaged. This discussion is limited to Land Units only, as well it plain just does not apply to Air and Naval units those do their own thing.

When a unit is receiving less than full supply it will be restricted to 80% 60% 40% (I think 40%) or No Replacements at all. So for example if your at the supply level where your restricted to 80% (I think this is 20 but I am unsure) if your Strength is at say 83% you cannot get any replacements, so far so good. However if you take a hit during the turn and drop to 79% you can get replacements up to 100% or full strength.

Is this how its supposed to work? I would think the idea would be that when your at a supply level that only lets you get 80% then when your below 80% you can get replacements UP TO 80%. It just seems weird especially when your in the 60% bracket to be hoping to get hit enough to drop you to somewhere in the 50's % so you can replace up to full strength.
