Transports loading units problem

Again, if this has been reported, I apologize.

In The Full Campaign, I am trying to evacuate KNIL units from the outer DEI islands and two task forces are "freezing". Two examples:

1-xAKL Bintoehan is loading LCU 5874 @ Sorong, 5874. Unit is partially loaded, but process has stopped and the task force will not leave port when ordered.

2- xAP Koolinda has finished loading LCU 5819 @ Lautem, 1206. Task force will not leave port for destination.

In both cases, I have given both task forces different routes to their destinations, but they remain frozen in port.
