Sending PPs between countries

From the front lines in France and Russia to the deserts of North Africa and the airfields and convoys of Britain, the campaigns of World War II are yours to command in WW2: Time of Wrath! I like Chucks house rule idea, 10 percent max for PP exchange. I also agree that a railroad network for transfer over land is another great idea. For now the F11 key allows this but as Chuck said some house rules should be used. All good ideas!

I am excited about this next patch, this game is really shaping up as having a simple but elegant gaming system :)

I wouldn't mind if things were kept simple and instead of a rail network the game just checked for friendly hexes between capitals.
