AE Aircraft Withdrawals

Hi- Is there some way to turn this off? I've tried starting a new scenario with "no withdrawal" checked, but when I get into the scenario I stii find aircraft with withdrawal dates.

The dates are getting shown regardless.
In the patch, I am suppressing the dates when withdrawals are OFF to eliminate confusion.
