Quick start and dual core support.

Ok, here is what is typed in my target line of the quick start properties menu

"C:\Matrix Games\War in the Pacific Admiral's Edition\War in the Pacific Admiral Edition.exe"

What and where do I need to type to enable better dual core support. Sorry, but I don't usually fool with this stuff. And will this quick start be initiated from the desk top icon installed by the game or will I have to start it manually?

Will any of the switches for AE work for this game or is"dual" the only one?
Also, is there any way to run in a lower video resolution?
Sometimes hard to see for my old eyes.
