v1083c Public Beta - Player Tip for New "Threat Tolerance Feature"

I noticed in the TF Info Screen that for the new and excellent Threat Tolerance feature that a symbol is noted for what you have set:

Normal - Nothing
Low - "-"
High - "+"
Absolute - "!!"

I was just about mention "how can you tell what you set" when I noticed this.

I kind of expected a *. [:D]
