Roster Expansions and Trade Deadlines

In the code, I suppose these are set at X number of days after the season starts. However, it is annoying for us historical season players that the trade deadline falls on July 25 (for the 1946 schedule) and roster expansion is on August 24.

Can these not be hard-coded to match calendar dates (July 31 and September 1) ?

I agree with KG. Let's get these hard-coded for July 31 and Sept 1 if possible. Or set these dates as default, but allow the user the option to change the dates during association setup.
