Strange Combat Summary effect

No biggy but sometimes the scroll doesn't work correctly in the combat summary. Scrolling down produces this and using the scroll up arrow does nothing you have to drag it up. I think the effect was produced by this attack but I wasn't paying attention. This is nothing to do with the Beta patch.
