Any More Scenarios Coming in Future Patches?

Post by jimh009 »

Not sure if this has been covered elsewhere, but I was wondering if there will be any additional scenarios added in the future? I noticed the patch had the "quiet China" scenarios added.

In particular, I'd love to see some smaller scenarios in the vein of WiTP or Uncommon Valor.

Anyways, just curious.

Well, Terminus has mentioned he's working on an Operation Downfall scenario, so I would guess yes.

I would like to see the old "May '42" Scenario. What happened up to May '42 was somewhat unique, based on surprise and with a lot of difficult planning and execution by Japan (ie it's a pain to reporduce). After that things are a little freer.

What about splitting the GC in smaller parts.
Lets say 6 to 12 month. Thereafter the result screen will show up with the option to continue the next 6 or 12 month?

I agree with the May 42 scenario. That's my favorite!

Feinder did a pretty good Midway scenario. I am thinking he may resurrect it since it had AI problems in WitP and that may not be a problem in AE.
