Here it is. I started the turn on 29 NM.

I don't know if this is a chronological order as you step through the turn, but certainly I wont have gone past -750 NM.

Very weird.

Hadn't ever noticed a forced surrender that wasn't under -750 NM.

Could be shenanigans.
