Naval combats always start at close range

hello. I'm not sure if it's 100% truly confirmed, because I've not played too much turns to confirm that, but, after installing patch 1.83 BETA, always my naval combats began at 1000 yards. It requires extensive test, I think, altough I'm not capable of do it, or (perhaps) it was bad luck, but, after installing patch , the next naval combats (about 5 or 6 clashes ), EVERYONE start at 1000 yards.
