No snickering, please. What is the definition of LBA? When do PTs and Barges become available?

The IJN gets barges (AGs) fairly quickly. They don't get PT boats.

The USN gets PT boats steadily, but it takes until 43 before their barges (LCVPs and LCIs, actually) are available.
I love it when a plan comes together.
