Remove corps, Surrender terms

Im kinda surprised i havent read about this issue, again seems kinda of unbalanced ?
Compared to EIA,

B1+C1 both state max 3 Corps or half rounded down !


As Conditional one should not be able to select
Art/Gd-corps and Cav-Corps for removal. (Thought the GD-Corps only show for the Fog of War).


This was so in EIA, it should not be to hard to fix ?

Like i wrote about Poland, its a problem, that i also would like redesigned, you have the similiar problem for all the "Kingdoms", since you can not add minors to a Kingdom after creation. But Marshall was out and wrote it was intended as it works atm.

Problems need to be reviewed.
This might be designed so, but i dont feel all designs are balanced.
Corps-Surrender terms work a certain way, and it has been worked at since version 1.0,
but currently we do not know if the way it works now, is a design problem or a bug.

You do know it weakens the smaller nations hard, since atm you can evaporate their entire army, instead of half(max 3).

This is intended. I'm not opposed to changing but this will be a ways out.
